Actually, what I did send was this, to the company's main e-mail address listed on their website, along with a quote of the message in question:

Hi there.

I got the message quoted below from one of your recruiters. Please notice the incredibly poor grammar and spelling. I suggest that you train this person to write in decent English -- or maybe just fire him. Let me know what you decide to do.
